Lose weight fast!

This is a diet my grandparents use and trust me it works!!! You will lose 2-4 lbs per week… and the best thing is it’s simple and it does not involve working out. It is not a calorie diet so you do not have to watch what you eat. Well here it is…

3 days on – 4 days off

Day 1

Breakfast

  • 1 slice of dry toast (no butter)
  • 2 T. Peanut butter
  • 1/2 grape fruit or 1/2 glass of juice, or banana or any fruit
  • black tea/coffee or water

Lunch

  • 4 oz. tuna (in water)
  • 1 slice of dry toast
  • black tea/coffee or water

supper

  • 4 oz. fish/meat or poultry
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 small apple
  • black tea/coffee or water 1 cup of low-fat frozen yogurt

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 boiled/poached egg
  • 1 slice of dry toast
  • 1 banana
  • black tea/coffee or water

Lunch

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 8 crackers
  • black tea/coffee or water

supper

  • 3 oz. chicken or any lean meat
  • 1 cup broccoli or cabbage
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1 banana
  • black tea/coffee or water
  • 1 cup low-fat frozen yogurt

Day 3

Breakfast

  • 8 crackers
  • 1 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1 small apple
  • Black tea/coffee or water

lunch

  • 1 boiled/poached egg
  • 1 slice of dry toast
  • black tea/coffee or water

supper

  • 6 1/2 oz tuna/chicken or any lean meat
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup of melon or any fruit
  • black tea/coffee or water
  • 1 cup of low-fat frozen yogurt
